Felipe Bucci Ancapi currently holds a M.Sc. in Urban Environment Management by Wageningen University and Research, The Netherlands, and a B.A. in Political Science and Public Administration by University of Concepcion, Chile. He now acts as External consultant to the OECD project “Enabling the Governance of the Circular Economy in Cities and Regions”, commissioned by the European Commission. In the past, he has worked at CircuLaw as a Research Partner.
